Human Resources Committee
It is the goal of the Human Resources Committee to ensure equitable compensation and benefits standards for Clergy and Lay employees, as well as provide guidance and resources to the Bishop and diocese regarding all personnel related issues. Members of the Human Resources Committee are appointed by the Bishop. The Committee is made up of six to eight members, both clergy and laypersons, and meets at least quarterly. The Canon for Finance, Benge Ambrogi, serves as staff liaison.
