Two Sets of Reports Due March 1, 2026

The following forms will be available the first week in January and due by March 1, 2026 from all parishes.

  • Annual Parish Reports to the Diocese

2025 Parochial Reports

  • The filing period is January 5 - March 1, 2026. Your church will file its data at this site.

  • See a blank 2025 Parochial Report here. Although a downloadable form is available, be aware that reports must be entered online to be marked as complete.

  • The General Convention Office emails filing information directly to individual congregations in December.

2025 Parish Reports to the Diocese

  • Links to these report forms will be available here the first week in January.

    How to save and share parish forms that are in process:

  1. Enter your email address in the submitter’s email address field at the end of the form.

  2. Click on the “Save and Resume” button.

  3. A link to the saved form will be sent to the submitter’s email address. The link may be shared with others.
