Two Sets of Reports Due March 1, 2026

The following forms will be available the first week in January and due by March 1, 2026 from all parishes.

  • 2025 Parochial Report

  • Annual Parish Reports to the Diocese

Plan to Attend a Q&A Session on these reports on February 11, at 7 p.m., via Zoom

  • The Zoom link will be provided in The Call prior to the meeting.

2025 Parochial Reports

  • The General Convention Office emailed filing information directly to congregations on December 17, 2025, including their login names. Contact Kathy Traynor if you need to update the email address.

  • Filing period is January 5 - March 1, 2026.

    Canonical deadline: March 1, 2026. The site will close at 11:59 PM EST on March 1. After this time, congregations will lose access to the site.

  • Key Instructions

    Online Filing Only: All reports must be submitted online by congregations here. A blank form is available; it is for reference only.

    Integrated Instructions: The parochial report form includes inline help text for each section. This eliminates the need for separate instruction manuals, streamlining the reporting process.

  • Login Information

    Logins remain unchanged year to year. Congregations needing assistance with their login credentials can email Kathy Traynor for assistance.

    How to save and share parish forms that are in process:

  1. Enter your email address in the submitter’s email address field at the end of the form.

  2. Click on the “Save and Resume” button.

  3. A link to the saved form will be sent to the submitter’s email address. The link may be shared with others.
