Annual Reports and Licensure

Annual Reporting By Clergy

According to Canon I.6.2: “Every Bishop, Presbyter, and Deacon, whose report is not included in a parochial report shall also report on the exercise of such office, and if there had been none, the causes or reasons which have prevented the same."

All licensed* and non-parochial priests and deacons are required to submit an annual report. Parochial clergy and retired clergy should report any occasional ministry if it occurs outside of a parochial context. Annual Reports are due each year by March 1

License Renewals and Applications

*All licensed clergy are required to submit an application for license renewal to officiate in the Episcopal Church of New Hampshire every three years when your letter of good standing expires. The dean of clergy, Louise Howlett, will notify you when your license needs to be renewed.

This same form functions as an application for initial licensure.
