Elections will be held on Zoom on Friday, October 23 for the following diocesan positions:
Secretary of Convention (1 year term)
Treasurer of Convention (1 year term)
Standing Committee - lay member (3 year term)
Standing Committee - clergy member (3 year term)
Finance Committee - lay or clergy (3 year term)
To stand for election, please fill out a nomination form here no later than July 17, 2026.
Convention Resolutions
To submit a resolution for consideration at diocesan convention, please read and the guidelines for submitting proposed resolutions found at GUIDELINES FOR CREATING RESOLUTIONS 2026.doc.

July 31 - Final resolutions submitted to Jeffrey DeFranceso
Convention Delegates
The number of delegates to convention from each congregation is determined by the number of active baptized members reported in parochial reports. Gospel-oriented communities are allowed one delegate. A final list of number of delegates allowed for each congregation can be found here. To add or change a delegate or an alternate, congregations must submit a Delegate Change Form to Jeffrey DeFranceso. No delegate changes will be accepted after September 15, 2026.
NOTE - 2026 Delegates:
Must be able to attend both days of 2026 Convention to elect the new bishop;
