This Stations of the Cross liturgy is a walking tour of Manchester's Center City neighborhood. On Good Friday, we will walk in Jesus's footsteps, prayerfully recalling his ordeal from his condemnation to his death and burial and connecting it to suffering in our own community. The Stations in Manchester illustrate many challenges faced by members of the community, such as insecure housing, poor schools, and marginalization, as well as signs of hope and resistance. The walk will be about 1.5 miles and begin and end at Grace Episcopal Church. People at any stage of their faith journey are welcome, and please feel free to invite others.
