Delegate Change Form Must be Submitted by Sept. 26
Congregations need to complete this form by Sept. 26, 2025, to add or replace a certified delegate or alternate, whose name was already submitted to the diocese and now needs to be updated. This includes youth delegates. Sorry: No new delegates will be certified after the Sept. 26 deadline.
How Many Delegates Can My Church Have?
Find out here. Between certified delegates and alternates, this is the number who may vote. Additional alternates may register to attend convention, but will not be able to vote.
