Delegate Change Form

Congregations will need to complete this form before Sept. 26, 2025, if you need to either add or replace a certified delegate or alternate, whose name was already submitted to the diocese and now needs to be updated.

Number of Eligible Delegates Per Church

The number of eligible delegates for your church in 2025 is based on the information submitted on line 11 of your 2024 parochial report.

Convocations

As established in the New Hampshire Constitution and Canons, congregations, in union with the Annual Diocesan Convention, are organized into the following six regional associations known as “Convocations.”

Central Convocation

Canterbury, Concord (St. Paul’s and Grace), Dunbarton, Franklin, Hopkinton, Pittsfield, SpiritBound – NH Digital Mission, Weare

Lakes Region Convocation

Ashland, Laconia, Meredith, North Conway, Sanbornville, Tamworth, Wolfeboro

Northern Convocation

Berlin, Colebrook, Lancaster, Littleton, Lisbon, North Woodstock, Woodsville

2025 meetings: Sundays at 1 p.m.: March 30 and June 1 at St. Paul's in Lancaster; October meeting date and location tbd

Seacoast Convocation

Dover, Durham, Exeter, Hampton, Portsmouth (St. John’s and Christ Church)

2025 meetings: Tuesdays at 7 p.m.: Sept. 23 and Oct. 29

Southern Convocation

Western Convocation

Claremont (Trinity and Union St. Luke’s), Hanover, New London, Newport, Walpole
