Who Registers?
Each congregation will appoint one registrar who will register and pay for all members of its delegation in one transaction.
Nonparochial clergy, persons in process to Holy Orders, and additional guests who are not part of a parish delegation will register and pay as individuals.
Who does not need to register or pay:
Invited Guests of the Bishop
Officers of Convention
Northern Convocation volunteers
Northern Convocation parishioners attending breakfast and worship only
Diocesan staff
The registration fee per person is $30 to cover food costs. All attendees are required to pay. Three boxed-lunch options with gluten-free version of each are being provided by The Polish Princess Bakery in Lancaster, and will be selected by individuals on event day.
Instructions
Parish registrars should have names and convention roles ready before registering and paying for your parish's delegation. You will be registering and paying for parochial clergy, delegates (certified delegates, certified alternates who will vote, and postulants serving at your church. Your parish will register and pay for nonvoting alternates at your parish's discretion.
