We encourage carpooling to this event.
Limited parking is available in the community center adjacent to the church.
If you are able, please park on Main Street (one block away) or in the public parking lot below Main Street.

Accommodations for Friday, Oct. 31
Lodging information is provided for the convenience of those who would like to be closer to convention on Saturday morning. We do not expect parishes to reimburse delegates for overnight accommodation for this one-day only convention; the decision about reimbursement is at the discretion of each parish. Prices quoted do not include tax or gratuities.
Mountain View Grand (under two miles from the convention venue)

The $209 discounted room rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis or until Sept. 30, after which the discount will not apply. Meals not included. To reserve and hold your room with a credit card, contact the Mountain View Grand directly at 866-801-3653. You must request the Episcopal Church of NH group rate at the time of booking to receive it. Let the hotel know when booking if you need universal access in your room or have other particular needs. We encourage carpooling to the hotel, since parking is limited.Carlson’s Lodge (12 miles south of the convention venue, near the junction of Rtes. 3 and 302)

The $209 discounted room rate is available by calling 603-444-0025 and asking for the NH Episcopal rate at the time of booking. Price includes breakfast. Rate available until rooms sell out.

All facilities are on ground level and there are no stairs or steps to get into any of the Convention rooms or restrooms.
Parking:
Greeters will be available to answer your questions about getting around!
Parking at the high school is plentiful, although we always encourage carpooling.
We ask those who are able, to park in spaces in the lower lot and leave spaces closest to the building for other guests.
Health Considerations:
We acknowledge that Covid is present in New Hampshire. Masks will be available at Convention. As members of this caring community, we can take precautions to protect one another, especially the vulnerable. If you feel ill, test positive for Covid, or think you might be contagious with any illness, please take care of yourself at home.

Check-in for all registrants. We appreciate you checking in before 9:15 a.m.
Fellowship and breakfast.
Those attending worship only are welcome to come early for fellowship and breakfast.

Call to order/start of worship
The day will include Holy Eucharist, the bishop’s address, elections, resolutions, additional convention business, and lunch for those who pre-registered.
11:15 a.m.
We expect worship to end around this time; it will be followed by a 15-minute break.
12:15 p.m.
Estimated time for lunch break.
Those with last names starting with A-M will have lunch for the first 30 minutes, and those with names starting with N-Z will have lunch during the next 30 minutes.
3:30 p.m.
We expect the meeting to end by this time.
